To serve you beter; we have adopted a set of policies to allow us develop a healthier relationship with our patients.

Our House Rules

Evening and weekend service

The emergency service starts during the week from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am, at weekends and on public holidays. For complaints outside office hours, during the weekend and on public holidays, you can call 0900 777 3222. You will then be referred to the dentist on duty.

During the weekend there is a consultation hour in the practice of the dentist on duty on both Saturday and Sunday.

Emergency treatments

In Voorne-Putten and Rozenburg, a dentist is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for residents of this region who are known by a colleague or residents who do not have a dentist.

For the emergency service, Dental Practice Mshimbula is affiliated with the Zorg Centrale.
Urgent complaints are understood to mean ACCIDENT, BLEEDING or ACUTE PAIN.

The emergency department is emphatically not intended for failed fillings, cosmetic corrections and chronic pain complaints.
When making an appointment, ask which payment method the dentist uses.

In most cases, payment must be made in cash. Legitimation is necessary.

Cancellations

You can cancel an appointment: Are you unable to attend? We would like to receive a message as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance (by telephone or by e-mail).

Otherwise we are forced to charge costs.

Payments

We have outsourced the collection of our bills to Infomedics. Infomedics takes care of sending the first invoice, the reminders and possibly the bailiff process if the invoice(s) is not paid on time.

If your account has been transferred to the bailiff, you must resolve this with the bailiff, we can no longer be of any use to you for this, Infomedics will no longer interfere with the settlement of this account(s). Unfortunately, the additional costs are entirely for your account.

We find it very annoying not to pay the bill on time, it is expensive for you and for us, Infomedics will also set a block on all your future bills. This brings extra administrative burdens for us, which we find less fun and is also unnecessary.

Children and adolescent patients aged 17 and younger are fully covered in the basic package, which is why we normally send the bills directly to the health insurer. An exception to this, however, is the treatment of crowns and bridges or prosthetic devices, which are unfortunately not included in the basic package and the handling of this is the same as for adults and will be provided by Infomedics.

Are you not insured for dental costs or do you prefer to receive the invoice directly from us instead of Infomedics for other reasons? Which can; by paying the treatment costs to us in cash, the possibility to use a debit card is available in our practice.

Registration

New patients:
At Dental Practice Mshimbula it is possible to register as a new patient via our web site and call directly to make an appointment at the dentist, you can do this for your partner and children at the same time. Of course you can also report directly by telephone or to us at the desk for registration.

Deregistration

We naturally find it painful when patients leave our practice, but at the same time we understand that circumstances can arise that make this unavoidable. In any case, let us know in time so that we can adjust our agenda in time. It is also advisable to make your new dentist known to us because this way we can easily forward your file to your new healthcare provider.
