Important information for our patients regarding payments:
In our practice we like to give you all the attention and good care. That is why we have outsourced the sending and collection of our invoices to Infomedics as of February 1, 2014. Infomedics is a professional and reliable company that specializes in this. For most young patients up to and including the age of 17, we can offer the invoices directly to the health insurer. The health insurer will settle the entire amount with us.
However, the rules are different for adults from the age of 18. Depending on your health insurer and the policy conditions, you may receive an invoice from us for the personal contribution. To avoid administrative hassle, we have outsourced the collection of bill(s) to Infomedics. In most cases, they first submit a bill to your health insurer. You will then only receive a (residual) invoice for the costs that are not reimbursed by your health insurer.

Your account is made up of the transactions we have carried out during the treatment. Each procedure is accompanied by a fixed rate that has been set by the Dutch Healthcare Authority.

Payment arrangement and payment on time:
Infomedics uses a payment term of 28 days. If you are unable to pay on time, please contact Infomedics as soon as possible on 0900-4049404 (€ 0.35 per call) or go to www.infomedics.nl. They can help you with a payment arrangement. You can request a payment arrangement and receive information about the condition via the contact details above.

If your healthcare provider participates in online payment, we ask you to create an account on our website. When you log in to your account portal, you have all your bills neatly organized and you can pay online immediately. When logging into your account, we ask you to enter a code that we send to your mobile phone via SMS. This is called two-step verification and ensures that no one but you can see your privacy-sensitive data.
